A VERY HELPFUL employee asked if I found everything I needed, so I told her I was looking for a purple bow and needed directions to the appropriate department. She started to give me directions but then decided to take me there. Long story short, there was none, so she helped me find cloth ribbon to make my own bow. She even helped me find the color I wanted. Everyone was happy and willing to help. Best Wal-Mart experience ever.
