  My little sister broke her phone and is going on a trip on Monday, we went to this store to get her a new phone this past Saturday and they said it would be there the latest (Tuesday) yesterday, we went in today and it's still not there. They said to go to the other sprint store to get her a loaner phone, we return home with the phone to find out the loaner phone is not working. My sister needs a phone to be safe on her trip and now we don't know what to do but these people were no help. We've been loyal customers of sprint for years, Will not be returning.
