  My husband had bought my engagement ring from Shaws, it was a pearl with a tiny diamond on each side of the pearl, the ring was beautiful but fell apart within 3 months...I had gotten his wedding ring from here as well, and the ring became scratched up and broke within 2 months. I replaced his ring with the same ring but from a different company, and it is still going strong and that was 6 months ago. Also, the ring was not sized properly, and they told me that the ring would be here on time for my wedding which I had ordered 2 months before the date! It was 2 days till my wedding and still no ring was available, they blamed it on the weather and slow delivery....needless to say I was very upset, it was 2 DAYS TILL MY WEDDING!!!!! Can you say freaking out much??? Overall, both experiences made me vow to never buy from Shaws again. The quality is awful, the service just has bad. If your looking for good quality and something that will last and be on time, look else where!
