  Placed an online order and went to pick it up in the store an hour later. Nothing was ready yet there were plenty of workers just standing around twiddling their thumbs. Even the worker behind the counter stated how management was just standing around talking. It would have been quicker to just go in and get the items myself. Moral of the story don't order from the app for this location thinking it will be quicker than coming to pick the order up yourself.

  They were busy, but we purchased a dryer. We had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring it outside. While waiting I saw several others waiting a long time to get their purchases. One of the employees let one of the big cart run into my husband's truck & didn't even say she was sorry. Left a small dent in hos nice truck.
