  As soon as they take your money (and trust me, they want to take a lot of your money) then all the promises of reasonable delivery disappear! They told us 6 weeks for one window treatment (and not all that complicated, at that) and it was more than 8 weeks. Fabric yardage quotes by saleslady do not match the measurer's estimates (of course, in favor of The Final Yard) so you are likely paying for something you won't get. But the quality of the finished product is pretty ok. Next time, I will try a different supplier to see if the experience is any better.
